Blinds by Design offers Luxaflex Silhouette® Shadings, which combine elegant design with practicality to beautifully diffuse natural light while allowing for privacy. The S-shaped vanes float between two sheer panels, bouncing incoming light onto the ceiling to brighten the room. The shades are made from 100% anti-static, dust-resistant polyester and are available in translucent or room-darkening fabrics. The unique "S-Vane" design offers a huge range of colors for light control and privacy. There are no cords running through the fabric to detract from the shades' elegance, and they can be operated using multiple systems, including PowerView® Automation. With PowerView Automation, you can schedule your shades to open and close at any time with the touch of a button, a tap on a mobile device, or the sound of your voice.
Additionally, Silhouette® Shadings can be customized to fit a variety of window shapes and sizes, including specialty shapes like arches, angles, and trapezoids. This ensures that your window coverings will seamlessly blend with your home decor while providing practical light control and privacy.
Silhouette® Shadings are also incredibly easy to maintain. The anti-static and dust-resistant polyester material makes cleaning a breeze, and the absence of cords means that there are no dangling strings to tangle or pose a safety risk.
Luxaflex® PowerView® Automation takes Silhouette® Shadings to the next level of convenience and functionality. With this motorization technology, you can program your shades to open and close on their own at specific times of the day or based on your preferences. You can also control your Silhouette® Shadings with the touch of a button, the sound of your voice, or through the PowerView® App on your smartphone or tablet.
