Introducing the Luxaflex Evo MagnaTrack Awning, Australia's most advanced straight drop outdoor blind designed to withstand our diverse and unforgiving climate conditions. Engineered and tested locally, this awning features Rare Earth Neodymium Magnets that provide unparalleled strength, allowing it to stay down even in windy conditions. It's perfect for outdoor entertaining and alfresco areas, providing sun, wind, and rain protection, as well as privacy and light control all year round.
Independently tested by James Cook University's Cyclone Testing Station, the Luxaflex Evo MagnaTrack Awning (3.5m opening span width) can withstand wind pressures up to 185kph^, making it Australia's strongest, wind tested, Straight Drop awning. But what sets it apart is its patented self-correcting feature - the only straight drop awning system in Australia with this technology. Should the fabric skin ever become dislodged, the magnetic force in the track system will allow it to effortlessly return to its original position, reducing costly service calls.
The Luxaflex Evo MagnaTrack Awning also features a patented self-tensioning magnetic track system, which automatically re-tensions the fabric after wind pressure subsides. The side channels employ Rare Earth Neodymium Magnets, providing over 100kg of magnetic force on each side, ensuring a smooth, flat, and taut appearance.
The Luxaflex Evo MagnaTrack Awning can accommodate widths up to 6.5 metres and drops of 4 metres and is exclusively available with our premium fibreglass fabric range – Luxaflex Spectra Sunscreen. This fabric range features a sophisticated twill weave with subtly elegant diagonal patterns and is available in a range of contemporary colours to suit all homes.
In addition to providing a stylish and functional outdoor solution, the Luxaflex Evo MagnaTrack Awning can also help reduce your home's cooling costs by up to 60%1 per cent. External shading from the awning can reduce up to 87%2 of a home's heat gain in summer, while Luxaflex Spectra Screen can eliminate up to 95%3 of heat from solar radiation.
